I telephoned TV Solutions to enquire about getting Free to Air TV in our playroom. Radek came to our home for an initial discussion to outline what was involved and to agree a price and a time for installation. A couple of days later, Radek and his team arrived to carry out the work, exactly at the time he had agreed with me. They had with them all the tools and equipment required to do the job along with a well stocked van of spare parts. They worked diligently and unobtrusively and most importantly, tidied up before they left. Radek and his colleagues were extremely polite and courteous at all times. I am going to get a flat screen television for our living room shortly and I will be contacting TV Solutions to wall mount it for me. I would recommend them thoroughly''

The new system, incorporating three Triax TSC114 Combo boxes, gives us excellent picture quality, and great flexibilty of programme choice on our three TVs. Becoming increasingly frustrated with the monthly cost and lack of service from our TV cable company ("all day appointments" for example when the service breaks down), I shopped around for a free view service. TV solutions were not only the cheapest, they were also keen to get the business (unlike some of the others) and came to the house the day after I called. The satellite was installed and I have since had two more receivers put in for flats in my house. The start up cost was equivalent to a few months of cable rent but I never have to pay anything again. The satellite is not visible on my roof, the picture is clear and we have all the channels we ever had (RTÉ, Channel 4, Film 4, BBC 4, great kids' channels) and more besides. The signal broke once following a storm, and Radek came out within a day at the time arranged. I regret the years I spent fighting with the cable company, being left on hold for half an hour at a time, having to take days off work waiting for their repair people to come and of course paying their extortionate monthly fees. I often read these kind of customer testimonials on line and wonder if they're real. This is real and I highly recommend TVSolutions.
